Signature offerings include pho, green papaya salad, prawns, banh mi, and much more — all prepared with fresh ingredients and vibrant, balanced tastes.

All the best was already created before. Warm, woody & elegant. That’s our way. We had many discussions in the very beginning about where to stop in this endless modernist sea of the past century. So many objects were imagined from scratch, taking inspiration from brutalist and constructivist furniture eras.
